To order an item, click on its “Add to Basket” icon and then follow the links that are presented in order to either “Continue Shopping” or to “Go to Basket”.
When you have finished shopping click on any “Go to Basket” link to review what you have placed in the “Basket”. The “Basket” or “Shopping Cart” as it’s sometimes known is the page where you can increase or decrease the quantities of the items you have placed there. You can also remove items from the “Basket” if you don’t want to purchase them.
When you are happy with the items in the “Basket”, their prices and the delivery cost quoted for the delivery Zone/shipping location you have specified, click on “Go to checkout” to complete the final stages of your purchase.
Providing Billing and Delivery Addresses
Existing Customers
Existing customer’s may be recognised interactively by the website and their billing and delivery addresses will be filled in automatically. Sometimes, depending on the amount of time since their last visit to the site, existing customers will need to login using their account email address and password.
New Customers
Before making your first purchase, new customers need to tell us their billing and delivery address details. In doing so, a registration process begins during which customers create their account and specify their own private email address and password.
This information is stored securely and held in readiness for future visits to our site so that it doesn’t have to be typed in again – only the customer’s email address and password is required.
Making Online Payments
When you have confirmed the “basket” contents are OK, and specified your billing and delivery addresses, it is then time to make payment at the checkout page. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Order confirmation
After placing your order you will see our order confirmation page and you will be sent an order confirmation email. Both confirmation methods will contain your order number – please keep this for future reference and for use with our Order Tracking facility.
