Our faith in our packaging method and our delivery couriers is such that we happily offer a no quibble replacement for any goods damaged on delivery, and normally don't even need to offer any delivery damage insurance cover - it's that rare!

Loose Art Prints

Loose Art Prints  are normally wrapped in a protective sleeve and inserted into a thick postal tube with sealed plastic ends for delivery by Royal Mail. An example of an exception to this would be they form part of an order which also includes framed prints, when they might be packed with the bulkier items in the same packing box, as described below.

Framed Art Prints, ready made Picture Frames and Canvas Prints

Framed Art Prints and Canvases are normally protected by copious layers of large and small plastic bubble-wrap, and are then strapped tightly into an inner thick cardboard case so they cannot move when in transit. This wrapped and strapped unit is then secured within yet another thick cardboard case prior to delivery to you by our couriers.
